Booking form
When you book a taxi through our website, we collect:
- Name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Pickup address
- Destination
- Date and time
- Optional message
Contact form
When you send a message through the contact form, we collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Message
Google Places Autocomplete
The booking form uses Google Places Autocomplete to help you enter addresses. When you type in the address field, the entered text, your IP address and basic device information are sent to Google to display address suggestions. This data is processed by Google LLC in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
Google Maps
The contact page displays an embedded Google Maps map. When the page loads, your IP address and browser information are sent to Google LLC. Google may also set its own cookies via the map. More information is available in Google's Privacy Policy.
When you click our WhatsApp link, you leave our website. Meta Platforms, Inc. processes your data in accordance with their privacy policy.
Web analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (via Firebase) to collect anonymous visitor statistics. Analytics cookies are only set after your consent. More information is available in our cookie policy.
Why we collect your data
We use your personal data to:
- Confirm and carry out your taxi booking
- Contact you with questions about your booking
- Respond to your messages sent through the contact form
- Improve our website and services (anonymous statistics)
We do not use your data for marketing, profiling or sale to third parties.

Are you required to provide your data?
To carry out your booking, we need your name, phone number, email, address and time. If you do not provide this information, we cannot process your booking through the website - you can instead call us directly.
For the contact form, we need your name, email and message in order to respond to you.
Who we share your data with
We share your personal data with the following service providers who process data on our behalf:

Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Form submissions are not stored by Formspree - they are forwarded directly to us via email. We delete received data within the periods stated above.
Your rights

- Erasure - You have the right to request that your data be deleted
- Restriction - You have the right to restrict the processing of your data
